On October 5, 2022, I paid $11,000 for a Goodman HVAC system from Eli Flo Heating and Air Conditioning. Less than a week after installation, the system failed and they had to come out to high-pressure flush the drain lines — something that should have been done properly at the time of install. I was given a 1-year labor warranty, and exactly one day after it expired, the system failed again. They came out and charged me $400 to flush the drain line again, claiming that was the problem.
