Awful- I JUST bought their $15 straw hat for my partner who desperately needs a cooling hat. Other hats have been too small and we couldn’t find any other option for a cooling fabric liner. The risk was absolutely NOT worth it. 1) the hat cost $14.99, so far, so good, but leads to a scam. 2) shipping was over $41 !! Zero packing material in cheap cardboard box. 3) hat was absolutely gigantic, huge. 4) elifeguard return policy: buyer pays shipping, and a 25% stocking fee!!!
