Once I went through the pancreatic removal surgery, Dr. Elie Klam, became the new man in my life, besides God. Dr. Klam makes me want to continue on living the best that I can. And I am, at this time, doing just fine. I was diagnosed in 2022. I go to Dr. Elie Klam and get my glucose level taken, he will sit down with you, and write stuff down for you to take home. I appreciate Dr. Klam.
Dr. Klam is patient. He listens carefully. And he truly cares! He thoroughly provides information, guidance and advice, as well as the necessary prescriptions to help patients navigate their conditions. He and his staff have always been courteous. I highly recommend him!
I was a new patient with Dr Klam, extremely courteous and prompt in getting prescriptions set up, fantastic manners and concern about my well being, I didn't have a previous appointment for lab work, he got my blood draw done just 20 minutes after my appointment at the same location!! I'm looking forward to many more years with him. His nurse she was very thorough and courteous!
Dr Klam is absolutely wonderful! So kind, caring, and patient. I have been his patient many years. He always go out of his way to make sure I get the best care and gently guides me if I need to make changes. It makes me so upset that people are reviewing him based on the assistant or nurse that works there. That’s a problem to rank TriHealth for because that is THEIR employee, not Dr. Klams. I have never had any problems with anyone there but if I did, I would report it to TriHealth, not tank the doctors rating.
Dr.Klam himself was great. Very patient and listens to what’s going on to help you the best he can. Now, on the other hand Michelle specifically was so rude and impatient that had to make a review. Michelle had no personality and was incredibly condescending and rude in the office. Michelle was the nurse who brought my wife and I back for our appointment and man…she really needs to find another job not client facing.
