With Dr. Roos, not only is she knowledgeable about every condition we've dealt with, but she is thorough, listens to my concerns, and has given extraordinary care to my family. Dr. Roos is fantastic! I felt like I was her only patient - she was that attentive and engaged in our conversation - I never felt rushed. She is thorough, kind, and gives each patient her undivided attention. Her staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this practice, and especially this excellent physician!

Dr. Roos has been a very good doctor for my father who is 81 years old and has diabetes. The office staff on the other hand deserves a zero rating. We currently had a teleavist scheduled today for my father because he just got out of the hospital. The visit was set up for 3:10-3:15pm. It is now 4pm and still no call. We call the office to see what is going on the person who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and stated its not our responsbility to make sure the teleavisit happens or to call and let you ... read more
