Rude and insensitive clerk. If you hate your job, then quit. Don’t be such a sad pathetic negative human being to others. It doesn’t hurt to treat others nicely. EDIT: Went there to walk-in and got registered and booked same-day to speak with an available physician. Received a call he had to go for an emergency so had to cancel and will have to wait the next morning for the appointment. This is the next day. Very unprofessional staff. I was told I would be called back by a doctor to discuss lab results. I was told this 4 different times and on one ever called back
This place used to be okay, but they now seem to change receptionists constantly (I assume due to bad working conditions) and they manage to screw something up almost every time I have an appointment. I tried to get a requisition form sent to me about 3 times a while back, and they kept saying they sent it, checking to make sure my email was correct multiple times too but it never came, so I finally had to go get it in person.
