I had 2–3 phone consultations with Elicare previously, and everything went well. However, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After my appointment on May 28, I was sent for blood work. I made sure to book an appointment as soon as possible, and my blood test was completed on June 8. I had a very disappointing experience at Eli Care Walk-In Clinic. I needed to book an appointment for a medical exam that was not covered by MSP, meaning I would be paying for it myself. When I went there 2 days ago to book, I explained that I finish work at 4:00 PM. However, I was told that the latest appointment available with the doctor was 3:00 PM.
