I had been visiting this dental clinic for quite a while, and until recently I always had a very positive experience. The doctors who used to work here were professional, careful, and respectful, which is why my visit on May 14 was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for a dental cleaning at around 5 PM. When I arrived, I was taken in by a staff member who did not introduce herself and seemed confused about why I was there.
