Had appointment for today morning. Got a call while I was on my way to the appointment that it needs to canceled. Provider called out. So you wait months and weeks for an appointment just to be cancelled last minute. Terrible experience.
Vision became impaired in left eye. Called the clinic and was told to make an appt. Waited almost a week for my appt, walked up to the window only to be informed my appt was a telephone appt! For vision loss? Was told the Dr was working from home. Wasted my time, and regarding loss of vision in one eye, I could have suffered a stroke. Very uncaring and incompetent.
