Good communication and good prices but it really sucks when the balancing machine is broken
I had a terrible experience at Elias Tire Shop. They initially told us they would sell us three tires and plug the fourth one because it had a small, fixable nail hole. Once they put the three tires on, they changed their story and said we had to buy four tires because they were a set. To make matters worse, two tires were one price and the other two were a completely different price. On top of that, they didn't even have a machine to balance them. A friend recommended this shop to me, and I'm so thankful that she did. The men were friendly, the price was fair, and they got me in and out in under 30 min. I highly recommend!
