I can’t say enough about this world class cardiologist. He is a thorough, caring and brilliant doctor. Long Island is lucky to have him.
Dr. Bonaros is the absolute best! The service is excellent and I get seen right away at my appointment time. He is thorough and is just such a personable doctor … highly recommend!
While I have thought highly of Dr. Bonaros nothing positive can be said about office staff (not including Karen or RN Katie. The team should focus on patient experience. Many need personality makeovers. Billing is never current. I was told once "look it took 3 seconds to update your bill" I told the office mgr. no it took 3 months and 3 seconds. There is never a "good morning" almost like an inconvenience that your there. They need some PA's to get back to patients with results. Since the billing dept isn't current send that... read more
