Been with this Dr. and staff for over 6 years...never any problems...staff is great always listening and trying to help...and Dr. Ntsoane has the best bed side manner ever. Very thorough when explaining things! I have had good results with this group!😀
The doctor is nice but unfortunately his staff is the worst. Never answers calls or call back when they say they will.
Had to wait over an hour, but doctor was kind, understanding and did not rush us out. Office staff is great. We have been dealing with them for years. As doctors go they do what they can.
