Had the best experience, the staff was very kind very helpful and we didn’t wait long at all, the doctor spent more than an hour with us explaining everything about the matter we were there for, I learned a lot and he was extremely patient with my mother in law. I’m very happy with them and how they treated her and myself.
I respected the doctor but the staff is unprofessional. Don’t like to communicate. Charge 20 dollars even for two forms of paperwork. Even if they don’t find anything don’t care about people returning to work. But they run bills up for you. I find this place to be uncaring, unprofessional and extortionist. Very sad 😢😢😢😢
Been with this Dr. and staff for over 6 years...never any problems...staff is great always listening and trying to help...and Dr. Ntsoane has the best bed side manner ever. Very thorough when explaining things! I have had good results with this group!😀
The doctor is nice but unfortunately his staff is the worst. Never answers calls or call back when they say they will.
