Took my cart. Zero update on what was going on with it. Never answered calls. Had my cart for almost 2 months finally got a gold of Rudy. And told him to bring me back my cart. Turns out during that time nothing was done...
Terrible customer service!!! Never return my calls. Purchase all new batteries from Rudy 5 months ago and 2 of them are not working call several times he doesn’t care!! Avoid this place!!
Wow Wow Wow. BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Whatever you do do not use this company/person! Unreal. I had an appointment set with this person/company between a specific one hour window. I made sure to confirm my appointment earlier that morning because in my correspondences with him leading up to the appointment I could tell that this person was highly unreliable. If I could give zero stars I would, Rudy not only doesn’t care about his customers he goes beyond by avoiding any communication, text, calls, showing up to his business in person all to no avail. Do yourself a favor and find ANYBODY else. With so many professional and customer caring companies in the Desert it would be literally impossible to find anyone worse than Rudy Elias. Shame that he is running his Dad’s business into the ground like this. Stay away at all costs.
