I own a car dealership in Kansas City. I buy cars from all over the US. We were loading the cars we purchased in Palm Beach and had one that had issues we were unaware of. It seemed as if the transmission wasn't working, and an issue like that means the car doesn't go back with us, and will be resold wholesale where it was bought.
