My personal experience with Elias Dabul was the worst I've ever had with a doctor. He is the type that interrupts and doesn’t listen. He was extremely quick to say "You just have IBS" two minutes into our conversation. Other doctors have not yet diagnosed anything even after a colonoscopy, but Dr. Dabul says it IBS in two minutes. He seemed annoyed with every question I asked and rushed the appointment after I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to see him. None of his answers addressed my concerns. The worst doctor ever. He looked at test results from my mychart, then tapped my forehead and said stop making things up. No examination, he does not care. Don't waste your time, go to a real doctor
Excellent doctor. The best of his kind of health care professional, caring and direct.
Went to the office of Dr Dabul, office was good doctor polite and knowledgeable. He recomended colonoscopy because I've had family histoy of colon cancer. He only works with one outpatient clinic, 4 days before the procedure I was billed 1528$. Called the clinic and the doctor, both blame the other. I've had to report this to authorities and then after I learned and demanded my rights they offered to do it free of charge. I walked in to a very nice, clean office, which was consistent throughout the waiting room, offices and exam rooms. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Frankie. He was so warm and helpful! I had forgotten my referral and he made several phone calls until he was able to get it sent. The rest of my visit was smooth and efficient. Dr. Dabul himself quickly got to my most important concerns and readily offered advice, including a diet handout. So sorry to leave this comment, but I went there because I had abdominal pain and my blood numbers were not looking good. I was denied a colonoscopy because "I was too young" according to this specialist. On top of it, the CT Scan didn't help much during the care under this Doctor. I didn't believe the fact and went for a second opinion and indeed, It turned out to be I did had colon cancer on an stage 3 tumor, had to go through surgery and chemo. Thank you very much for your special care!
Dr Dabul is and always will be a EXCELLENT Doctor, now with that being said his office and staff is worthless! The waiting time is ridiculous and his staff are rude and clueless if you ask a question they don’t know the answer and they say they will get back to you and they NEVER do. Forget the person in charge of the billing department Ms. Dulce she is the Worst if you leave her voicemails she NEVER returns calls. And for those reasons I would Never recommend any one ever again.
