We had our basement finished by Elias Construction and have been extremely satisfied. His team provided high quality work at a reasonable price. They were began the project on time and met the agreed upon project deadlines. Throughout the entire process they were respectful of our house and kept a very clean workplace. Highly Recommend !!! We contracted with Elias Construction to finish our basement. Elias's meticulous and detail oriented approach was evident from the initial proposal and all the way through the construction. He kept us informed of progress and asked to double check their work at every stage. He was always available to answer any questions and address concerns. Elias Zouras Custom Builder finished our basement. WOW ! What a nice guy to work with. Thru every step of the process, Elias had great ideas for the Wet Bar, Theater Room, Wine Closet, Full Bath, Living Room, and Exercise Room. It was a big project, took about two months, but we enjoyed every bit of it. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elias .
