Ac went down in the middle of August of course. Elias Brothers Cooling responded quickly and arrived the same day. Luckily it turned out to be the thermostat and some other minor parts. They provided honest service and showed me the damage on the parts that were replaced. I really appreciate their speed and quality service. Living in this heat with an aging unit I know I'll be using them again in the future.
Honest and fast and professional service from Javier, he was punctual and communicated clearly after a thorough investigation of our unit, and left everything clean after the Job was done. It's refreshing to find a family owned HVAC business that truly takes pride in their work. Fairly priced, I will not hesitate to call Elias Bros in the future, highly recommended!
Replaced entire 5 ton AC unit. They worked through the day and even came back the next day which was a holiday. Professional and courteous. They cleaned up and maintained a clean work environment throughout the process. They are new to the area but not new to the profession. Definitely would recommend them.
