Elias is the most honest and hardworking man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His expertise and technique solved my bike issues, and his kind explanations solved my curiosity. I came in for screeching brakes and left with a lubed, silent, smooth running bike. Honest and affordable pricing for us working class. I even left my water bottle next to the shop by accident (had to take it off my bike when flipping the bike over for servicing) and I was able to retrieve it later. Thank you! Both parts and tools are available, and the shop is easily accessible from Flushing, just a two stop train ride. Prices are a bit high compared to the internet, but the guy was quick to give a deal when I commented on my shock. New to bikes and working on my own rebuild, so will definitely return when new parts or tools are needed.
