We had Eliane cater for a family of 17 on Christmas 2024. We booked her a year in advance. The chefs were on time and very professional. She was able to accommodate for several of our family members that were gluten-free. She made delicious gluten-free manicotti and delicious gluten-free Nutella ice cream, which was a real treat. The chefs that came did a wonderful job of preparing and cleaning up. The only problem was that when the chefs arrived the Filet mignon was frozen which delayed the start time of the meal. Eliane and her team provided 4 dinners for our family reunion (23 adults and kids) over the Christmas holidays and did an exceptional job. All the meals were first rate and her seafood paella was exceptional! Besides the main meal, she provided separate meals for those family members with dietary restrictions. Her team were professionals and organized in their work. We got Eliane to be the caterer for our wedding. She was absolutely amazing to work with, offering suggestions and ideas, patient with changes and communicated with me every step of the way. Her team was extremely professional, they cleaned up in the kitchen, the price was very reasonable, and the food you ask...? ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend her and her team!
Raised the price 15 dollars per person about a week before the event because I told her one person was a vegetarian.
