Back in 2019-2020, I had the worst experience with Dr. Berger; she is very insensitive and does not provide the proper information to help me during my diagnosis. All she wanted was for me to be in and out of her office, while not listening to me as a patient about how I felt with the whole procedure. I am happy to not be her patient anymore, as she made me undergo 3 unnecessary radiation treatments, then suggested chemotherapy when that was not needed whatsoever. I would never recommend anyone to go to her as a patient.
I absolutely love Dr. Berger. I have been a patient with her for @ 9 yrs now & she has ALWAYS been a very compassionate Dr & caring person. I always felt genuine concern for my health when she would speak to me at an in office visit or a phone visit. Dr. Berger treated me respectfully & with dignity. She would return my calls in a timely manner & my concerns were always taken care of & my questions answered. Dr. Berger is no longer with my health insurance network for which I am greatly saddened. Dr Berger is an excellent Doctor. She was there to "hold my hand" when I was faced with a medical issue that was scary for me. She listened and answered all my questions. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. As a Doctor; I found her patient,professional and caring. As a person I found her to be warm, friendly. You couldn't be in better hands.
