Today 6/11 I called at 12:21 to schedule an echo appt since I was finally able to mail back that device they strapped to my chest for a month and DID NOT tell me why they were doing that or that I had to mail it back and being without transportation the medical rides will not take me to a post office. Unfortunately I have had a horrible experience at this doctor office. When I was there, they strapped a monitor to my chest for 30 days and did not tell me why. It took them nearly 3 weeks to send a prior authorization form for a medication they put me on therefore I did not get a chance to get the medication in a timely manner. They scheduled me for an appointment the first week of May and did not tell me, I only knew of the appointment the 3rd week of May. Constantly rescheduling my appointments. Inconsistent care. Office visits take way too long. I had a heart issue over a year ago and had an initial appointment with Dr. Elian a week after my hospitalization to be set up with a heart monitor for 2 weeks. I can't have it fit that day, though. I have to come back in a month. I return a month later to be told I'll be wearing the device for a month... sure. I finish my test, return the equipment and have a follow-up appointment to review... a month later. Then it was rescheduled.... read more
This doctor and his office are HORRIBLE. Find another provider who won't ignore calls or have zero follow up, then hound you for payment when you are charged for services NOT performed when you only had ONE visit to their office, THEN try and garnish your wages, THEN garnish your tax return. HIGHLY recommend you find a more competent doctor and staff.
