I would strongly caution anyone considering this chiropractic clinic. During my visit, I was pressured to commit to a treatment plan costing $2,400 upfront before any meaningful care was provided. When you’re in pain and vulnerable, this kind of high-pressure sales tactic feels incredibly inappropriate and predatory. If I can give 0 star, I would!!! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I just moved to Melbourne and had severe back pain. Had my xray done and very shock to see how bad my spine was so when Sam recommended to see her 3 times a week, I did. She really convinced me to take a package to almost 2.6k for like 24 sessions, so it would be discounted but it felt forced like I really have to take the package, and the naive me got caught. I’ve recently had sessions with both Sam and Anthony, and their work has been outstanding. Each session has left my body feeling noticeably improved, with greater mobility and overall comfort. SCAM Run away!!!! Money hungry and very very pushy. Needing extreme amount of sessions and paid $120 for initial session when online I said first session was 80 or 90 something like that. Got my X-ray results she told me I have bad big scoliosis and my spines out of place so is my neck. Went to my doctor and he said everything looks perfectly healthy no sign of that at all. They could’ve shown me anyone’s scans just to make it look bad and wanted the money all upfront!! SCAMM!!!!!
Sam has been treating our newborn for colic since two weeks of age. She is simply amazing at what she does. Her and her staff always go above and beyond for us. Truly grateful for their help. Cannot recommend enough.
