I went to Elia Chiro looking for help with neck and back pain, and I genuinely went into the appointment with an open mind. The initial consultation cost $150. The appointment was very polished, with a lot of information, iPad-based technology, “neurological testing” and discussion about my spine and what would apparently need to be addressed. Very disappointing experience. The website advertised the first consultation for $79, but I was charged $150. I contacted them asking for a refund of the difference, but instead of resolving the issue, I was given different explanations and excuses for the price. The service itself was also very disappointing. There was a lot of talking, but very little in terms of actual treatment or solutions, and I left feeling that the service was not worth what I paid. I have been going to chiropractors on and off for many years, and I can genuinely say I have never had a chiropractor as invested in my health and individual needs as Sam. Her knowledge is second to none. She really listens, takes the time to understand what is going on and never pushes my body past its limits. Unfortunately, I also found myself relating to many of the 1-star reviews left by others here. I was hoping for a great experience, unfortunately it became clear that the focus of this place was to get people to pay as much money as possible for as little service as possible. They advised me to do two to three sessions per week and I was advised a packaged service that costed around $1200. Sam and Anth are both amazing at what they do! I've noticed a huge difference in my body in just a short amount of time. Highly recommend!!
