I came to Dr. Elia due to relationship struggles, anxiety and depression. I knew I needed help but was not sure how. She helped me create insight and self awareness. I was able through the coping skills she provided to connect the dots and feel better about myself. She is gentle, kind and genuinely invested in helping me get on my feet again. There are so many therapists out there to choose from & I feel really lucky that i ended up working with her.My friends & family see the change in me too

I so rarely write a review but wanted to share my wonderful experience I had with Dr. Carla. I have been in a pretty bad place and facing depression like I had never experienced before. We did not have to go all the way back to my childhood for Dr. Carla to make me feel there was a tremendous amount of hope and to feel different after just one visit.
