Cody was initially very responsive and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, I can't recommend him because he didn’t complete the job as agreed. He doesn’t write anything down, and if you’re not constantly reminding him of the details in the quote, important items will be overlooked. While the subcontractors were excellent, it's disappointing they have to be part of this review. Cody was extremely busy but always replied to my texts promptly. Cody seemed like a great guy when he showed up for a job before a real estate sale, he made promises to connect with the city about potential permits needed for the job. Unfortunately after the site visit he did no connect with the city, and after several follow up emails he did not respond. I called him several days later and he claimed he did not know what I was talking about! This whole process put selling my property in jeopardy. The guy might be a good plumber but needs some skills in running his business.
Great experience with these guy. First class plumbing!
