Did not respond to phone calls, staff not helpful. Phone Appointment call scheduled for Monday August 1 at 15:00 with Eli Coski, he never called. I called the office and spoke with Adam to cancell my policy. My new policy with another company went into effect on Sept 1, 2022. Now State Fram is billing me $82.26 for 4 days coverage on a policy that I cancelled in plenty of time. Home owners beware!!
