I brought my computer in to be worked on by Abdul. He diagnosed the issue quickly and promised I would have it back before I had an exam that I needed my computer for. He fixed the issue he initially diagnosed but unfortunately there were a few things wrong with my computer and he needed to work on it more. Very nice guy. I called to get a battery replaced in my Apple iPhone and he took it in right away. Heck, I even stood there and watched him. Granted you could go to Apple or Geek Squad but PLEASE give work to the local businesses. Picture added for attention !! Unfortunately, I just broke the screen on my iPad, so, I went to see him and his recommendation was to put on a screen protector as opposed to installing a new screen! Great and thanks again.
Randomly stumbled upon this repair shop about 5 years ago, I have lots of iphones, and ipads. The first visit he took such good care of me that I honestly will never go anywhere else for repairs. When I first visited his shop, I was living in Worcester. I have moved to webster and still will make the trip or even wait for him to come back from vacation because I will never trust anyone like I trust this place! You can tell this guy really know what they’re doing Drop off my daughter‘s phone and picked it back up the next day. It was back to new basically thank you I definitely recommend this place.
