Was having an issue with my Passat. Took it in to Elgin VW. The service team was extremely welcoming and fixed my issue in under an hour. Erv was exceptionally awesome, so kind and happy to help. 10/10 for VW Elgin and 100/10 for Erv!

I’ve been visiting the Service Center at VW regularly over the last decade for new cars, maintenance, repairs, free car washes. key batteries, fun VW swag … I’ll bet I go there at least once per quarter for one reason or another. I trust them. They are straight shooters. They have fair prices for maintenance and always accommodate my schedule. Today I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift card in the mail for use at the VW Service Center. Thank you to the whole group at VW of Elgin! 🙆🏻♀️
