Elgin Super Auto Parts Inc did a phenomenal job on my front bumper for my jeep. Nelson was a great guide and did a fantastic job with my bumper going into overtime past 5pm to make sure that my expectations were met and they went above and beyond in quality of service. Thank you Mr. Bryan Hoffman, your team did a great job on my car and I speak very highly for the operation you guys run. I highly recommend for this place to be your spot for any troubles you have in car repair!
Horrible customer service sold me the wrong parts intentionally just to make a sell then charged a 20% restocking fee due to there own mistake very poorly ran facility in a bad part of town parts laying everywhere motors laying on there sides wiring harness on engines are all cut where they should just be unplugged do not recommend buying or doing business with this company
Recommendedwhere do I start about this service. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 so a little history, my dad got really sick and I had to get to Elgin. I took a bus because I knew I would be able to drive my dads car. when I got to his vehicle I realized he had no side mirror. I didnt know what I was doing to do seeing I need that mirror to drive especially when I head home to Missouri. I called Elgin super auto parts and they quickly came to my rescue. Great place, easy to get to and friendly service. Had my parts at a good price. Yes I would go back again and highly recommend this place for good quality used auto parts. 😊😊
Workers getting the parts are stupid slow , spent 1 hour of my day literally waiting for a part that was new in the box in the shelf .
Absolute worst experience ever. Bunch of thieves. Stay away.!
Any part you can’t find call Elgin super
Not super happy with the management at this place. The counter help and guys who pick the orders are really helpful and nice, however the management sits behind the counter in their offices and are NOT customer focused. Purchased a part that was defective and brought it back to be stuck with a 20% restocking fee.....really for a defective part? Especially after having to drive 3 hours to pick it up and another 3 hours to return it. Not the way to keep customers happy, won’t be doing business with this business again!
