While I have not had any construction done by ESC, I can speak to the quality of the staff (top to bottom) 1200 miles from home, I was making a delivery and was hit with the pain of a kidney stone. Dave took me to the ER in Ottawa, before his work day began.. He left a contact number with the ER so they could come pick me up afterwards. Ned picked me up and took me to the pharmacy.
