John seems to have a unique sense of humor and comes across a little dismissive, but he and his guys did what they said when they said and came in not only ahead of schedule but a lower price than originally quoted. Nice to see a place charge for the work they do and not what they thought they had to. Also told me I could do some of the easier stuff at home to save hours and lower the price before bringing it in. Horrible place to deal with. Our fifth wheel got run in to by someone while there and I didn't find out until it was time to pick it up. He didn't bother to call us before or after to resolve the problem. He also, instead of dropping the belly to fix an issue underneath just cut a hole in the underbelly and then duck taped it back. He's quite a gem, stay as far as you can away from that place.
I've been dealing with John for several years now. I started with John Sr., now John Jr. and JD. All of them are personable and capable. I've never had a bad experience. They are fair, and do quality work. Super helpful, and great sense of humor.
