Elgin PT is a great place with a wonderful staff. Stephanie was an amazing PT. Very knowledgeable, friendly & excellent to deal with. She worked to get my back back into shape after fusion surgery. 5 stars!
--- 0 Not a good experience at all, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially family and friends. I had my evaluation appointment on April 3, 2025 with Stephanie. Well, first off they were in a hurry so in turn they were rushing me in and rushing me out the door. Terrible!! When I met with the therapist to do my evaluation she asked questions so I answered her, then every single time she would make an awful faces and looked discussed for whatever reason. I would like to thank the entire staff that helped me improve my mobility after knee surgery. I am so glad that I chose Elgin Physical Therapy. The professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude was the best. I really appreciated having one therapist working with me during the entire appointment and the coaching I received on what exercises to do at home.
