The staff is very caring and respectfully. They welcome everyone with open arms every time they see you.
Came in w frozen shoulder and a little apprehensive about therapy, not a big fan of pain. I’ve had several visits now and am pleasantly surprised. Everyone I’ve seen is knowledgeable, patient and gentle. I’m making great progress. Therapist even brought a warm compress for my shoulder while I was in the waiting room. I highly recommend Elgin physical therapy.
Elgin PT is a great place with a wonderful staff. Stephanie was an amazing PT. Very knowledgeable, friendly & excellent to deal with. She worked to get my back back into shape after fusion surgery. 5 stars!
--- 0 Not a good experience at all, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially family and friends. I had my evaluation appointment on April 3, 2025 with Stephanie. Well, first off they were in a hurry so in turn they were rushing me in and rushing me out the door. Terrible!! When I met with the therapist to do my evaluation she asked questions so I answered her, then every single time she would make an awful faces and looked discussed for whatever reason.
