Horrible experience. They have no customer service and are so rude and disrespectful. They do not care about your child's needs. I will be changing pediatrics clinic.
There is no front desk person. So I didn’t find out I had a bill till it went to collections. Billing was no help. Everyone works from home and barely speaks English. Their excuses for everything is call the office but spoiler alert. There is no front desk person to answer. They don’t call or send you a letter to inform you about your bill. They claim to send a text which I’m assuming is only one text. Doctors are nice but my issue is with the lack of front desk person and billing department
The billing department is terrible
If i could give them -0 i would!! Don't care about your child!! Reschduelling my daughters appt 3X is un exceptabel!! Trust me when i say they don't care about your child because they really don't.! Don't ever go to this place.! Calling and cancel the appts within less than 2 hours no it dose not work that way get yalls staff together.!!
