Dr. Hicks is such a great Doctor! Haven’t had any issues with her staff. Like many places this clinic has gone through several changes as far as doctors and staff these past years. Dr Hicks has been there for quite some time now and that is a great thing. My daughter was fighting allergies and enlarged tonsils and was at the point of recommending to a specialist, but with Dr. Hicks advise with some over the counter meds, my daughter is now doing so much better!
This is the worst pediatric clinic I have ever been to. I Usually try to see the bright side of things, but this place was not it. My son had a total of three appointments here. Every time we went into the office it was unorganized, smelled bad, and the staff did not seem knowledgeable. We picked this place because it accepted our insurance and then got billed because our insurance was never submitted - So we are currently fighting that battle. Love the doctor! But unfortunately most reviews regarding staff are true, Although some people are great and some are not. But when you return the same energy they give you they act surprised like no ma’am respect is a two way street. Definitely think they need someone to greet people when you walk in otherwise your sitting there for a while with nobody to acknowledge your there kinda frustrating.
The Clinic looks super dirty and unorganized so unprofessional. No front desk agent she was actually on the back the whole time. The nurses in the back are rude and Dr did not prescribe any medication for my sin who was positive for the Flu. My children have Medicare do I should not need to buy any medication over the counter. She could atleast prescribed a pain and fever med and also medications for my son to stop throwing up. Not sure good place never seen or experienced this anywhere.
Further update 9/26/25: they never placed the health records request form into the system that I filled out in their office, nor told me they could print it on the spot, nor that it cost $25 to print it right there. To clarify on the 11th I went and and filled out and handed a health record form to the, seemingly, head nurse and they didn't do anything with it. Do not take your children to this location.
