I found Dr Buchanan via the endometriosis community, he is a kind and understanding Doctor who tries everything in his power to help you manage pain. I recommend him to all others suffering with this condition.
Dr is amazing! Finally have some relief after 4 years of debilitating pain. However, the receptionists are pretty useless. But persevere through the disorganised reception staff, it’s worth it! Frank offers lots of options for pain, has a larger approach involving other parahealth professional that specialise in chronic pan too. Highly recommend.
I am writing this years after seeing Frank, as I was always hesitant as he threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review.. which cannot be a thing, but today it crossed my mind and I feel it's my duty to warn people against this man. l saw Frank 3 weeks ago, he recommended to see a radiologist to see exactly what the problem was. Frank said that he was going to send a referral and give us all the details; we never heard anything from Frank. When we called two weeks later and ask what was going on, the receptionist had the notes with her but nothing was done about it and told us that she was going to talk to Frank, still nothing was done. Frank has helped alleviate chronic pain I've had for over a decade. He has done nerve blocks and shocks, and I'm booked in for a nerve ablation. He has great bedside manner and you feel completely listened to. For the first time in my life it felt like I had someone taking a holistic view of everything that was going on rather than focusing on the symptoms.
