These are some of the nicest and most helpful employees I’ve ever seen! I’ve never been to this hardware store in Elgin but now I feel like I have really missed out and I’m so glad that I found them!
I took my riding lawnmower to Elgin Power Equipment Repair after going to Sandhills Power Equipment Repair which charge me $260.00 to replace the blades and general service. I used the lawnmower this Spring it nearly destroyed my lawn when I went back to Sandhills PER they would not admit any wrongdoing and that perhaps all I needed to do was adjust my blades. Call this company to see if they work on trail wagon from tractor supply and they told me yes.Drove approximately 25 miles to get it work on and Then tell me they don’t work on them. If I could give 0 star at all I would .
