I work here and this is the worse place I worked ever. It’s very unorganized and disgusting. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Some of the staff are so messy and unprofessional. It’s hard moving up in state, even with the credentials. For it to be a state facility I am not surprised. When I was there the staff was so stupid that I felt like they were not helping me
I was 16, a ward of the state. Candidly, at that time, it was HELL.
This place should be shut down. It’s nasty and dirty in there. HR never have a clue to what they’re talking about. When trying to move around or up in the job they make it impossible even if you are more than qualified for it.
Every vile "mental health practitioner" who is at all responsible for the criminal human rights violations going on at this gulag deserves to have their licenses pulled at the very least! This place has a body count! As a fellow MHP I'm ashamed to share a profession with these wardens. There is no protection for patients once they're inside, do NOT let your loved ones be admitted here, it will destroy them.
