My first choice for transportation they are so good with my son Ali is wonderful lovely person always willing to help love love love love
This facility is not senior friendly- our senior community does not always have the ability to pay $130+ mileage upfront for a wheelchair ride. This company does not even go through insurance, they want the money up front. It’s really unfortunate that companies like this take advantage of needs of seniors to make a profit.
As a nurse at a local hospital I love how pleasant and caring all the staff are at Elgin Medi!! They never fail us every time we call to provide a reasonable time to get to us and help our patients get to where they need to go. We've used Elgin Medi for a long time and they always provide top notch service.
