My family had an excellent experience with Elgin Medi-Transport recently when our elderly father had to leave his home for a critical procedure. I had the great pleasure of working with Ally to organize the service. Ally was not only extremely helpful and efficient but also very kind and empathetic about my father's situation. My first choice for transportation they are so good with my son Ali is wonderful lovely person always willing to help love love love love
This facility is not senior friendly- our senior community does not always have the ability to pay $130+ mileage upfront for a wheelchair ride. This company does not even go through insurance, they want the money up front. It’s really unfortunate that companies like this take advantage of needs of seniors to make a profit.
