I just had a key that was shattered and he is refusing to fix. You are blaming this on my keychain?? This happened at my husband’s father’s funeral! You are refusing to fix it ? We will be contacting our lawyer. We want a reimbursement or the key fixed.
I was told by the employee, I just cut the keys, I do not set the prices.. Well the owner is putting the employee, and the customer, or a really bad spot by charging an outrageous price of 62 dollars to copy a key.. I do not care if there are few places around that do that type of key.. Your price is criminal. an unhappy client will tell at least 10 people...
