I don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating because the service I received here was wonderful! I initially tried to replace my watch battery at the Fossil store at Rideau and was met with an extremely rude associate so I came here instead. The man who changed my watch battery was so nice and friendly! He completed everything in a timely manner and did an excellent job! I will return here again.
Consistently great service, honest assessment of repairs and time, always very appreciated. Pretty good selection of funky replacement watch bands too, rare to find in orange and other colours. Back in soon for more battery replacements. Thanks.

It must be very hard for the owner to stay in business, when there is construction going and homeless people sitting outside your store begging for money and you are trying to conduct business.
