I had a walk in X-ray along with a scheduled ultrasound, there were no issues in getting an appointment with in a couple of days of calling. I called a few places in London and nothing was available for at least six weeks. Both tests were done within 20 minutes. I’d highly recommend Elgin Imaging, the receptionist and the technicians were friendly and efficient.
Crap. Unable to contact. Lines always busy. Spent 2 weeks leaving messages, no one returned call. They need to invest in another receptionist. I prefer working with hospital. As well, their systems do not link with hospital. So it is extra money to health care when it has to be repeated. Very good reason why privatisation of health care is wrong. Profits over patients that costs the system more. So upset about their system I would prefer not to use them for anything.
The receptionist came in after me. She was very sick. She sounded like death. She continued to complain about how sick she was. She should not be in this office working with senior citizens and people with various health conditions. She wasn’t even wearing a mask!! I had to cancel my visit with my immunocompromised family because I was exposed to her at this facility. The lady that did my imaging was lovely and healthy.
The staff here are awesome. Got an appointment within a week and the results were to my doctor 2 days later. I highly recommend Elgin Imaging services.
Clinics in London are booking well into the new year so I reached out to this clinic and got an appointment right away. The front desk staff and technologists were so friendly and the clinic was super bright, clean and modern. Don't understand some of the negative reviews about them when they are taking on patients from London and surrounding areas. People could go to the hospital and wait long hours or months for services. I will think of this place if I need service in the future.
