Went there for just a rib and shoulder x-ray due to a fall. Report was not available one week after. The phone was never answered, morning and afternoon. Had to go to the office to find out what happened after one week, then I was told it was sent out earlier in the day. I think the company doesn’t realize they are in the healthcare business, you’re not supposed to leave the customer in agony for a week without any advice or treatment. I have called this place 17 times over the course of the last week Sent appointment requests through their website and personally emailed them. I have never recieved a response. How am I supposed to be booking my referred ultrasounds when no one will answer any calls or emails?
I attended my scheduled appointment, was seen promptly, and found the trainee to be professional and approachable.
