Bought my car at a different Hyundai dealership, however after multiple failed attempts to inspect and resolve the jerking on a fairly new Palisade ( under warranty) finally brought my car to Elgin Hyundai. While the replacement of transmission took longer then expected finally got my car working great as it were new. Greatful for friendly service advisors especially Jose for keeping me in the loop while car was being serviced. Should I decide to buy a Hyundai again, will come back to Elgin Hyundai.
Bad customer service. I hade service recently and i asked guy that A.C. not working and he said everything is normal without even checking it. It’s been 2 services and not sure recall handled properly or not.It still showing recall at my ca. Usually, every oil change some kind reset needs to happen. My hyundai app and service not in sync. recent service did oil change and app said have service due soon..
From the very first month after purchasing my Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Palisade, I began experiencing issues that were reported immediately, including transmission jerking at low RPM during normal driving.
