Never got the pleasure of meeting her but she is on my birth certificate from Sherman hospital! I’m sure she’s and excellent doctor. I turned out great😊 highly recommended ❤️
I am new to visiting this practice, but have been seen several times by Drs. Poulos and Gupta, and have been very happy. The staff is responsive, and has got me same-day appointments on two separate occasions. My service has been very good.
I love Dr Poulos but her staff is unprofessional and dishonest. I had an appointment scheduled and showed up 15 minutes early. When I checked in and gave my name, the staff told me I was not on the schedule for that day. I showed them that I had a confirmation and I made this appointment three months ago. Then the office staff told me that Dr Poulos wasn't scheduled to work at that office on that day. Dr. Poulos takes the time to listen to all your concerns. You may have to wait a little bit, but it's well worth the wait for the service
