I have been trying to get emergency dental work since thursday...I know weekends are rough but they give you a number to call if ur in an emergency...then no one answers and the voicemail is full...I kept. Calling over and over...finally someone answers...and told me to give her my name and info and she would get back to me...i have yet to hear from them...and now I'm just expected to sit and suffer till they decide if they wanna help? Why even give an emergency number? It's gives people who are in major pain false hope!
This place has really disappointed me. I have always put my children first but I have an infected tooth. A week ago I took my daughter in and I requested to be placed on their cancellation list. They placed my son on their cancellation list for a cleaning instead. When they called I told them that there was a miscommunication and it was me that needed it. i went here for a root canal last week and they made my teeth worse and didnt warn me before that a crown would cost $1000 and isn't covered by OHP now i have get my tooth removed because of their negligence.
I have a lengthy review, recapping my experience with Elgin Family Dental. I'll start with the most important part, DO NOT let this man fill your teeth. I first made an appointment for my wife and I because we had saved up enough cash to get our wisdom teeth pulled (my wife went through the same issues, so I'll just give my story.
