My mother sees this Dr. This location hardly ever awnsers their phone or gets back with patients needing care. My mother was left without her medication for over a week and was suffering from withdrawals. This has happened more than twice now. How very disappointing that a Dr doesn't show care or concern. I would recommend anywhere else for actual care.

They do not answer the phone OR return phone calls. Which makes it almost impossible to get refills or changes to meds, which can become a critical issue. The DR was even told by my husband and he (Dr) didn't really seem to care. Even the local pharmacies have trouble getting responses from them. I wouldn't trust this clinic with any type of critical health care, there are Way better physicians and clinics that won't disregard phone calls from patients. I would look for healthcare elsewhere.

Excellent teams . Could use an additional np to avoid burn out. No complaints. Was asked by Google about requiring appointments. Generally yes need an appointment but they do allow walk ins might have to wait-call first if you can.

They never pick up the phone The office staff seems unprofessional and disorganized and not attentive to the needs of the patients. If you try to call them, you never get a person hardly ever and then they don't take care of the things that you asked them. Not going to the office anymore. They're very incompetent
