They never pick up the phone The office staff seems unprofessional and disorganized and not attentive to the needs of the patients. If you try to call them, you never get a person hardly ever and then they don't take care of the things that you asked them. Not going to the office anymore. They're very incompetent
Time to retire. Patients need basic proactive care.
I have alot of hate in my heart for Dr Elgin. I'm trying to forgive but it's hard. He was my grandpa's doctor and for over a year my grandpa was telling him something was wrong and Dr Elgin not once sent him in for testing all he did was tell my Papa to soak in a hot bath that it was normal for men and gave him some antibiotics a couple times.
