The phone is never answered, voice mails are never returned, ant paper forms that need to be filled out always get lost and most of the staff members now keep in mind I said most always blames the other staff they never fully complete your care plan there is the exception Vannesa and her team are wonderful they do not get enough credit

My mother sees this Dr. This location hardly ever awnsers their phone or gets back with patients needing care. My mother was left without her medication for over a week and was suffering from withdrawals. This has happened more than twice now. How very disappointing that a Dr doesn't show care or concern. I would recommend anywhere else for actual care.

They do not answer the phone OR return phone calls. Which makes it almost impossible to get refills or changes to meds, which can become a critical issue. The DR was even told by my husband and he (Dr) didn't really seem to care. Even the local pharmacies have trouble getting responses from them. I wouldn't trust this clinic with any type of critical health care, there are Way better physicians and clinics that won't disregard phone calls from patients. I would look for healthcare elsewhere.

Excellent teams . Could use an additional np to avoid burn out. No complaints. Was asked by Google about requiring appointments. Generally yes need an appointment but they do allow walk ins might have to wait-call first if you can.
