What a wonderful experience! The receptionists, hygienist , dental assistant and of course Dr. San Jose are all so helpful and kind. They are so detailed and skilled. I had concerns about my teeth that were addressed immediately and a care plan organized ( things wrong with my teeth before attending the office). They are very accommodating, efficient and they listen. I am very happy that I am part of their dental family!
I absolutely love Dr. Reimer, but after how I was talked to by their receptionist Erin (I believe her name was), I will not be returning. It was completely unacceptable and I am honestly still in shock by how I was talked to by her. She offered me a last minute appt tomorrow morning, but I explained that due to working night shift, I would not be able to take the appt. I’ve been going to this dentist for the last 15 years or so and the staff has always been nice. They have great service and I’ve never had any issues.
Great staff! awesome facility! They make goin to the dentist fun!
Went in for a cleaning after having cancer treatment in my mouth late last year and the hygienist Sara was very thorough and very careful. She made getting my teeth cleaned and checked a very positive experience!
