Elgin clinic is very good GP thank you
Moved about a year or so ago and updated my clinic to the Elgin Clinic. Had nothing but 5* service… proactive care / tests booked, I’ve seen the nurse a couple of times and always spot on or called in early. The reception staff are simply the best - and I say this as I’ve seen some entitled people treating them horribly - I don’t get it. I have nothing but high praise for the hard working receptionists and back room staff including the doctors. They all have a challenging job to do and sulky moaning patients need to get a better grip on life and realise the planet doesn't revolve around them. Keep up the good work guys.
I registered with Elgin Clinic in 2012. NHS records indicate I’m still registered there, but the clinic says I’m not. When I tried to re-register online, it said I couldn’t register with the same GP. I called twice and both times the same receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, and once she was rude on the phone. Avoid at all costs.
