I witnessed a micro aggression at the surgery today; dealt with in a calm and professional manner by the female staff. Well done!
Whenever we have contact with the surgery it is always a positive experience. We feel everyone involved wants to help. I manage my mother’s health and it is a very different experience with her GP surgery which also makes us appreciate how lucky we are at the Elgin Clinic
The receptionist with long blonde hair and glasses is honestly so lovely. She’s really helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. Always makes things less stressful when I come in. Thank you so much 🙏
The doctors are great but it's hard to understand why the receptionists are so miserable and rude. Ask basic reasonable questions and basically get cold and shirty responses. There's really no need...
