Work was completed in a very timely and efficient manner! Big shout out to Shane and Alex in parts to get a piece ordered and delivered last minute on a Friday afternoon and for the mechanic Jeff to get the work done! Thanks guys!
I originally went to Elgin Chrysler for an oil change. I also asked for the tech to check my battery. Upon inspection they found my water pump was leaking. They were able to replace both the battery and pump on the same day. Incredible through service.
Had the pleasure to work with Jeff, while shopping for the durango we wanted. Great guy to work with, was there the whole process, rather it was answering questions I had, and waiting on everything we had to do. The rest of the team in sales and service were great.
