Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Customer service is horrible. Shop manager junior has concept of customer service and doesn’t believe in returning calls or giving update on vehicles to the owner. Owner Jeremy does have some semblance of customer service but as the owner he’s not always the person you talk to. My son blew an engine and we got the car towed to Elgin automotive.
