On August 8th, I dropped off my car because my transmission went out. I had purchased a $2,000 warranty through this dealership, which thankfully covered part of the repair, but I still had to pay $2,300 out of pocket. While I understand transmission repairs take time, the communication throughout this entire process was extremely frustrating.
