Very thorough. The doctor answered all my questions. Staff was friendly.
Can't say enough good things about Elign Audiology! Dave and the whole front staff at this clinic were exceptional to work with from start to finish. Working with Dave for our infant helped to correct a problem that would have been a larger issue if we didn't intervene early. We had to travel from Northern Ontario for a service that isn't accessible throughout the province and we would do it again! Thank you to Dave and the entire Elgin Audiology team for accommodating us.
My wife required a hearing test and Roqaya was assigned as her Audiologist. Her demeanour and character was charming, with a refreshing attitude towards her customers. I found this Audiologist to be very professional, personable and pleasant in nature. She demonstrated an exceptional and proficient use of the test equipment and completed the recording of parameters and measurements with a high level of expertise.
