I left respectfully didn't give me a ride to the train station left me walking 45 minutes with a suitcase will never go here again worst rehab I've been to they also lock you upstairs at 8 pm with no TV or anything

They told me they had an open bed and to call Monday morning . So I did , they answered and I was about to do the intake but I guess they had technical issues, the lady told me she was going to call me in 10 minutes I waited and waited for hours I called them so many times and they rejected my calls. Left a voice mail as well . I never got a call back. This is extremely disappointing for someone that actually wants to get into treatment and get clean. I recently had somebody very close to me at LSSI for addiction. But he also struggles with mental health and has severe brain trauma. His counselor was made aware. I attended a meeting with his counselor so we could discuss the issues he was having. My friend did struggle with behavioral issues while at LSSI. I spoke with his counselor on a friday afternoon to discuss different options for treatment. My sister after 3 days fell and ended up in the hospital with a broken hip. She told the staff when she felt dizzy and she was denied going to lay down in her room. I guess there were some sort of mattress that she had to lay on for lime 16 hours a day??? I need to speak to someone asap.
