Been working with Elgi Rubber for a while now, and things have been doable, while not perfect. In the past few months however, business has improved significantly - turnover times for equipment refinishing went down to a week at the most, compared to an average of several months previously. Communication and customer accommodation have definitely been made top priority. The company must have undergone a priority or managerial switch, which is great for the customer down the road.
