I was amazed how quickly Elghazi, Fares MD Cured my BPPV after a head injury. I stayed in the hospital 5 days with specialists telling me it could take half a year for my dizziness to go away. It was worth the wait!!!
Do not make an appointment with this doctor unless you have nothing but time on your hands. Staff books multiple appointments for the same time frame. I went here yesterday with my sister who is just out of the hospital. Apt was for 3:30, but they asked us to show up 1/2 hour early to fill our paperwork. At 4:45 I asked how much longer it would be as my sister was about to pass out. There were still 5 patients ahead of her! We left. Have some compassion on your patients, please! Staff are uncaring, rude and unprofessional. I've been trying for a week to have staff call my insurance for authorization. All I got are excuses, the person handilng insurance is either busy or unavailable. Whenever I call, staff will say to call back in a day or two, or staff will say we will call you back.
